On January 24,2023, JESSICA NICOLE BISCOE-POWELL, beloved mother to Julian Haddix, Quinton Powell, Jerimiah James Townley and Wayne Polke, daughter to Helen Biscoe (nee Walton) and to Matthew Biscoe, dear sister to Michael Biscoe (Nicki), Amanda Biscoe, Kelly Esposito (Matthew) and the late Martnell Walton, also survived by numerous other loving relatives and friends.
